No — this is premium fashion (artificial) jewellery: skin-friendly alloy with gold, rhodium or rose-gold plating and high-grade AD / cubic zirconia stones.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Colour fading of the plating under normal use. Physical damage, drops or breakage are not covered.

Will it tarnish?

It has an anti-tarnish coating. Keep it dry, away from perfume and stored in its pouch and it will keep its shine for years.
