If your country is not listed, choose “Other country” at checkout or write to us before ordering — we will tell you if we can deliver there.
How the delivery charge works
- Delivery outside India is charged extra. It is NOT included in the total you pay at checkout.
- After you place your order we check the courier rate for your address and email you the delivery fee, usually within 1–2 working days.
- You pay the delivery fee from your order page (https://upasanajewels.com/dashboard). We ship as soon as it is paid.
- The fee depends on your country and the weight of the parcel.
Full refund if the delivery fee is too high
If the delivery fee is more than you want to pay, you can cancel the order from your order page before paying the fee. You get a full refund of everything you paid, to your original payment method.
Prices and currency
- Outside India, prices are shown in your local currency (US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, UAE Dirham, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar or Singapore Dollar). These amounts are approximate.
- Your payment is charged in Indian Rupees (INR). The exact rupee amount is shown at checkout. Your bank or card may add its own conversion charge.
- Prices for orders delivered outside India can be different from prices for orders delivered in India.
Payment
- Cash on delivery is NOT available outside India.
- Please pay online using one of the methods shown at checkout.
Delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 0–2 working days after the delivery fee is paid.
- International delivery usually takes 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on the country and on customs clearance.
- We email you the courier name and tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Your country may charge import duty, tax or a customs handling fee when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or in the delivery fee and are paid by the customer. If a parcel is refused at delivery, the delivery fee cannot be refunded.
Returns
