Cancelling your order
- Prepaid orders can be cancelled before we confirm them.
- Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped.
- To cancel, open the order in My Account and press "Cancel order", or contact support@upasanajewels.com / +91 86301 84199 with your order ID.
After shipping
Once an order is shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery under our 7-day Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for cancelled orders
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Wallet money used on the order is returned to your wallet immediately.
Cancellation by us
In rare cases (for example, an item is out of stock or a payment can't be verified) we may cancel an order. We will inform you and refund any payment in full.
