- Payment status and references (we never see or store your full card details — payments are processed by our payment partners).
- Messages you send us (chat, email, WhatsApp) and reviews you write.
- Virtual try-on: your original photo is used only to create the preview and is not stored; the generated try-on picture is saved to your account until you delete it.
- Basic website usage (pages visited, device type) to improve our store.
How we use it
- To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support.
- To send order updates, and — only if you haven't opted out — offers and news. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with courier partners (for delivery), payment partners (for payment), and service providers that host our website, email and AI features. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to support@upasanajewels.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep order records as required by law (for tax and accounting) and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
